African-American Professional Forum-Scottsdale, AZ
The African American Professional Forum (AAPF) chartered In 2002 provides professional networking opportunities and career path workshops. AAPF strives to improve the lives of all Scottsdale employees while specifically addressing the needs of African American employees.

The Asian-American Professional Association-Scottsdale, AZ
Chartered in 2005, AAPA contributes to the diversity initiatives by supplementing the company’s efforts to attract, retain and serve as a resource for Asian American employees and non-Asian alike. Key objectives include professional development, promoting Asian cultures and markets, volunteer activities and community outreach.

Hispanic Professional Society-Scottsdale, AZ
Established in 2006, the Hispanic Professional Society (HPS) contributes to Dial's diversity initiatives by enriching employees with an awareness and understanding of the Hispanic culture in the U.S. and abroad. It also provides access to value-added activities that contribute to the company's regional and global outreach efforts on Hispanic marketing and business sustainability.

The Professional Women’s Forum-Scottsdale, AZ
Founded in the spring of 2001, the Professional Women’s Forum (PWF) was the first Employee Resource Group to be chartered at the Scottsdale location. The PWF is geared towards developing female employees’ career potential as well as increasing their job satisfaction. With an eye on contributing to management’s understanding of women’s issues PWF also enhances our presence in the community.
