What is your function at Henkel?
I am Package Engineering Manager with responsibility for all Personal Care Packaging. Typical activities include interaction with cross-functional teams, functional reports and the management team.

Are you travelling for your function at Henkel?
My travelling involves industry conferences to increase our competitive edge in the marketplace through application of new and innovative approaches. Additionally, travel is necessary when assessing capabilities of manufacturers and suppliers.

How did the areas of authority change till today?
I have had opportunities grow and increase my knowledge in the role of providing Package Engineering support to several business units and brands. As a manager, the responsibility has shifted from the previous role of an individual contributor to management of a functional technical resource.

On which further professional training programs did you take part while staying with Henkel?
A wide breadth of programs are offered and I have participated in several management and technical related training programs.
