Our Recruitment Process

The recruitment process at Henkel consists of several steps.

For the first step, we invite you to post your profile on our online application tool “i@pply.” This flexible online tool offers you the ability to apply for any open position. You can re-access your profile to update it or to apply for additional open positions at any time. Under Job Openings, you can learn more about this tool and its user-friendly functionalities.

If you apply for an open position, we will carefully examine your profile, checking to see if you meet our requirements. If your resume seems interesting to us, we will contact you to learn more about you. Most likely this will be with an initial interview over the phone. This gives both you and us an opportunity to answer any open questions.

During our selection process we will give you the opportunity to talk with our Human Resources Managers, as well as some representatives from any special area that might be appropriate for you.

In the selection procedure, we will evaluate your job-related potential. This will be done during the interviews and the further selection process, depending on the type of position. This process helps us to establish an optimal “fit.”

And then? If everything points to “go”  you are ready for responsible and challenging activities at Henkel.
