Julian Colquitt was named President of Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies business sector in North America effective April 1, 2007. He is responsible for all of Henkel’s industrial adhesives, sealants, and surface treatments businesses in the U.S. and Canada, as well as Henkel’s consumer and professional adhesives businesses in the region. Colquitt is also a Corporate Senior Vice President and a member of Henkel’s Operating Management.

Henkel is the world market leader in industrial adhesives, sealants, and surface treatments and serves the automotive, aerospace, durable goods, consumer goods, electronics, industrial maintenance and repair, and packaging industries. Henkel’s industrial brands include Loctite®, Teroson®, Hysol®, Liofol®, and Frekote®.

Henkel also markets a wide variety of consumer adhesives, tapes and office products in North America under the Duck®, Loctite®, LePage® (in Canada), Painter’s Mate Green®, and Pritt® brands. In the professional and construction markets, Henkel offers adhesives, caulks, and sealants under the OSI Pro-Series®, PL®, and Polyseamseal® brands.

Colquitt joined the company in 1978 as a sales engineer with Loctite Corporation and held increasingly responsible positions, including Vice President/General Manager, Loctite Industrial. From 2000 to 2003 he was President of Henkel Adhesives, North and Central America. From 2003 to 2006, Colquitt was President of the Industrial Division of Henkel Corporation in North America. Colquitt is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
