Scottsdale, Arizona - July 14, 2006 -- The Dial Corporation, a company of Henkel KGaA, headquartered in Düsseldorf, Germany, has signed an agreement with One Scottsdale Office LLC, to acquire land for its new Headquarters and Research and Development facilities. The building site is situated northeast of Scottsdale Road and the 101 Freeway and is part of the new One Scottsdale project being developed by DMB Associates. It is expected that the closing will occur in the next 60-75 days.

The site is attractive to us for many reasons and will be a pleasant working environment for our people. Its central location will ensure that Dial employees will have easy access to the Valley's freeway system and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. One Scottsdale, being developed by DMB Associates, will include up to 1.2 million square feet of Class A office space, 600,000 square feet of retail space, 400 resort class boutique hotel rooms, 1,100 mixed-use residential and urban-estate home sites.
