New Duck® brand Humidity Absorber with Power Tab (TM) Disk Makes Moldy and Muggy Spaces a Memory
CHICAGO, March 20-22, 2005 -- Whether it is a result of Mother Nature's sprinkling showers or the onset of humid, summer days, lingering air moisture in poorly ventilated areas can quickly lead to mildew build-up and unpleasant, musty odors. The new Duck® brand Humidity Absorber with Power Tab(TM) disk reduces humidity, helping control mold and musty odors in moisture-prone areas and keep air and belongings fresh.
The Duck brand Humidity Absorber is a convenient and easy-to-use air filtration device that features a compact tank with airflow grids designed for humidity consumption. Once air is circulated inside, the Power Tab disk, a long-lasting, specially formulated disk that filters out moisture from the air, absorbs air moisture and converts it to liquid form. The water is collected in the receptacle on the bottom half of the container, which traps moisture to prevent it from making its way back into the air.
When the tank is full, the spill proof container can be emptied through a small pouring hole, and the Power Tab disk will continue to filter the air. Eventually, the Power Tab disk will dissolve completely as it absorbs moisture, and it can be replaced easily and quickly to reuse the unit.
