Henkel Corporation has introduced Frekote® WOLO-HL™, a reduced-VOC, semipermanent mold release agent specifically developed for releasing low VOC polyester gelcoat and other tough releasing polyester structures.

Formulated to deliver multiple releases, solvent-based Frekote® WOLO-HL™ reduces mold release VOC emissions by 72 percent and contains no CFCs.  As no sealer is required, use of this product lowers a manufacturer’s overall cost of application. 

Frekote® WOLO-HL™ is applied at room temperature and cured at ambient shop temperatures within 30 minutes.  This release agent is formulated both to deliver superior release and slip performance and to maintain the high gloss exterior of the molded component.
